A Tortilla Pizza is the perfect option when I am craving pizza but am to lazy to make the dough or even to lazy to go grocery shopping. Also it’s way faster so a perfect after-work dinner. I made it with my mom a couple of times and we both loved it. As an alternative you could also use the recipe for a flammkueche.

Don’t come for me because I topped it with banana!

On instagram I argued with a lot of you if pineapple banana pizza is amazing or not (it really is, trust me haha). But now I found something new; Banana and curry powder. I read it’s a pretty normal combo in Sweden and I’ve never heard about it before. Turned out trying it was actually worth it. I still think my favorite pizza will be spinach tomato, but banana curry is a nice alternative.

Lately when trying this recipe I was craving pizza regularly and tried a lot og low calorie option. While some cauliflower-dough one was my favorite alternative, I still didn’t figure out a way to make it vegan. If I found one I’ll definetly let you now and post the recipe on here. Also the cauliflower dough was a lot effort. The tortilla pizza is by far the fastest alternative. Using a torilla as pizza crust is such an easy way that still tastes very good.

The recipe obviously works with all toppings you’d like. Just be creative with it!

  1. Preheat oven to fan 180°C

  1. Spread tomato sauce onto tortilla

  1. Add banana slices and spread curry powder over everything

  1. Top with cheese

  1. Bake for 10-15 minutes
